Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

USA: Free Standard Shipping in 3-10 business days, or Express Shipping for a flat $5.00 (2-4 business days on eligible items). UK: Free Standard Shipping in 3-12 business days. Delivery times depend on the warehouse your item ships from and may vary slightly during peak seasons. Some items are available in one country only; this is shown at checkout. If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support@arenanex.com and we will make it right.

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if you are not 100% satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Just email support@arenanex.com with your order number and we will send you simple return instructions, no complicated forms.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
